We monitor hundreds of different sites including news platforms, social sites like Twitter, facebook and myspace, discussion forums and blogs - especially those covering your sector. We also inspect sites like YouTube where videos attacking companies can get millions of views.
We keep a special look out for protest and anti-sites which have resulted in much grief for some of the world's greatest brands such as McDonald's.
We alert you immediately to serious abuse and advise you on how we will get offensive content removed.
Most of the time, however, we will be acting as your online customer services department, sensitively handling complaints and turning critics into supporters.
Each month we present you with a detailed report outlining what we have found and the actions we have taken.
Removing Content
We can also stamp on unauthorised use of logos and trademarks. We prefer persuasion and reasoned argument to going legal...and we usually succeed.
We do take legal action as a last resort - but only if clients sanction it. We work with seasoned legal specialists who know the law, its power and its limitations.
We are good at what we do but we can't guarantee to remove or correct absolutely everything. Where it's impossible to remove content, we take steps to move items down the search engines so they are less obvious and less visual.
