Beattie Communications Launches Press Desk Service

Beattie Communications has launched an out of hours press office service to provide in-house PR teams with 24-hour cover.

 

Press Office 24 has been set up to handle media enquiries:

 

  • After hours and at weekends
  • When in-house PR staff are out of the office
  • During the holiday season
  • In the event of a media crisis

 

All calls taken by Press Office 24 will be answered by Beattie Communications' media specialists who can:

 

  • Take messages
  • Issue previously agreed statements
  • Provide appropriate responses using agreed questions and answers
  • Contact the client immediately if something important blows up

 

Beattie Communications' media specialists can even get behind the upfront questions to determine the angles journalists are planning to take.
