Cruise Business Wave Success With Two National Award Wins

Cruise118 won two awards at the Association of Cruise Experts ceremony, despite competition from hundreds of other cruise companies from across the UK.


The cruise retailer won the prestigious 'Agency of the Year' title - an award which is presented to the cruise business which has shown innovation, expertise and commitment to the cruise industry. 


Lynn Guest, who manages Cruise118's 40-strong specialised cruise concierge team was also honoured with the accolade of 'Contribution to Cruise' which recognises outstanding individuals who have provided inspiration, leadership, creativity and a determination to promote cruising in the UK.


The awards were presented at a ceremony in Southampton and Cruise118 director James Cole was there to accept them- after arriving at the ceremony in style following a 250 mile charity bike ride from Chorley to Southampton in aid of Derian House Children's Hospice.


The accolades come just days after the announcement that Cruise118 has signed an exclusive deal with World travel Holdings in the USA to help drive the company to the next level - a move which will see the Chorley business carry out significant recruitment in the region over the coming months and years.
