GLOBAL GOOGLE FOR WORK DIRECTOR OPENS BRAND NEW NETPREMACY LEEDS HQ

Thomas Davies, Global Director at Google for Work, opened the brand new Netpremacy Leeds HQ on Friday 15th April.
The revolutionary office interior is unlike any office space currently in Leeds City Centre having brought together innovative designs from Google offices around the globe. The newly installed interiors have been designed to provide a world class environment that staff can thrive in and provide an even greater customer experience for clients.
Cloud computing and security firm, Netpremacy recently upgraded to an office space three times larger than its former headquarters. Now occupying 5,000 sq. ft. of the ground floor at the fully let 6 Wellington Place, Netpremacy embarked upon a £400,000 fit out programme. Key features of the impressive interior design include a state of the art spaceship style interactive board room, a wooded grassland break out area together with soundproofed conferencing booths and bespoke handmade office furnishings.
With offices in London, Hong Kong and California, the leading Google partner celebrated the move of its Leeds HQ in style. The celebration event was attended by Google, Netpremacy employees and fellow 6 Wellington Place residents. Guests were serenaded with a powerful performance from up and coming singer songwriter JJ Rosa commended by Labrinth and Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie. Invitees also enjoyed catering from popular Leeds restaurant, Reds True BBQ.

Netpremacy was created in 2000, with the aim to use the most innovative technologies to solve complex business needs. As the leading supplier of Google at Work continues to grow, housing over 4,000 customers including Just Eat, Travelodge, Odeon, Expedia, Aviva and more. Netpremacy required a larger space to house additional team members to meet growing business demands.

About Wellington Place
Wellington Place is a sustainable business community being built in the heart of Leeds by developer and manager MEPC, and is funded through a joint venture between Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Hermes Real Estate.

The next building in the development is 5 Wellington Place, a 70,000 sq ft building due for completion in early July 2016.
