Leeds Consultancy Secure New Office For Award Winning Architects

Fox Lloyd Jones, the Leeds-based property consultancy, has secured a deal on 30 Park Place which sees a firm of architects move into the property.
The Manser Practice has agreed a five year lease for the 1,195sq ft suite and has relocated from its previous office space at Whitehall Riverside.
Fox Lloyd Jones was able to put the property under offer within four weeks of the to let board being erected which proved a fantastic feat considering the number of to let boards present on Park Place.
The architectural firm has key locations in both London and Leeds, specialising in architecture and interior design in the UK and internationally.
The Manser Practice is an award winning firm with over 50 years of experience in a variety of private, commercial and public projects. Its portfolio includes the 2010 European Hotel of the Year, Park Inn Manchester, the British Council for Offices award for International Personnel Finance in Leeds and Building Better Healthcare Award winning schemes at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
