Nurse Designed Mca Set To Launch Uk - Latest Technology

An innovative new Mobile Clinical Assistant (MCA) designed exclusively by nurses for nurses is being launched at roadshows across the UK.

The new hand held and lightweight Panasonic Toughbook® MCA introduces the latest Intel® technology to ease workloads and improve patient care as well as infection control. To help clinicians understand the benefits of the Intel® MCA reference platform and its other unique features, the MCA Roadshow 2008 will visit 11 locations across the country throughout November and December. Attendees will be able to delve into the real practical benefits of the MCA and hear from guest speakers.

The new MCA will officially launch on the 4 November 2008 at the World of Health IT conference in Copenhagen. Further product announcements will be made shortly.
