Oxfordshire based efficiency specialist commits to further growth

Operational improvement specialist Newton Europe announced today that it will pursue a 25% increase in headcount at its Southmoor head office within the next 12 months.

Over the past two years Newton has enjoyed growth of 40% per annum - and the Oxfordshire-based firm is aiming to increase turnover to in excess of £25million within the next three years.

Newton plans to recruit at least 25 consultants as part of its structured long term growth plan, with the majority of the new jobs for graduates.

The investment in the new positions is a result of continuing strong demand for Newton's services delivering efficiency programmes to organisations in both the private and public sectors.

Newton will continue to focus its recruitment on attracting high quality applicants from its local region, offering them the opportunity to join a structured career advancement programme working with the likes of major defence contractors, NHS Trusts, high volume manufacturers and local government.

Established in 2001 by engineers Andrew Hawes, Kevin Jones and Tom Wedgwood, Newton now operates across the UK, Europe and the US, giving staff travel opportunities in work. Each graduate also has the chance to experience each area of the company, broadening their skill range and experience.

John D'Arcy, a Mathematics graduate, has been with Newton for seven years and has enjoyed scaling a challenging career arc since signing up with Newton as a graduate.
