Women Peed Off By Male Toilet Seat Antics

Monday, 23 August 2010

Men across the UK have officially been 'panned' by their other halves for continuing to leave the toilet seat up - with the age old bugbear coming out as the top most annoying male habit.

A survey conducted by home shopping retailer 24studio.co.uk, across 1,165 of its female customers, revealed that 54 per cent found that their partner leaving the toilet seat up created the biggest stink in their relationship.

Men leaving wet towels on the bed was the second most frustrating habit (23 per cent), closely followed by their propensity to leave dirty laundry on the floor (15 per cent).

Other annoyances cited by fed up ladies include their men snoring, doing a bad job at a household chore for the fear of being asked to do it again, not replacing loo roll, leaving toenail clippings and loose change around the home, drinking straight from the milk bottle and refusing to ask for directions when lost.

In a bid to bring peace and harmony to Britain's irritated women, 24studio.co.uk now stocks the perfect solution for their number one pet hate with the 'Lav Nav' - a small device which attaches to the toilet lid, lighting up the loo in the dark and shining green when the seat is down and red if it's left up.

Leanne Murray at 24studio.co.uk said: "The Lav Nav is ideal for fed up women everywhere - not only is it now easier to find the loo in the dark but the red light is a handy reminder to forgetful men that leaving the seat up is just not on!"
