Why are brands obsessed about connecting with millennials?
They are not the generation with pounds in their pockets, so why are marketers so infatuated with 18 – 30 year olds?
Here are three reasons:
- Globally there are more millennials than any other audience.
- They understand brands better than any other group. They, of course, shun brands they don’t rate but amplify brands they love.
- They are the trend-setters. Where they go, the rest of us follow.
