Is The Biggest The Best

Best or biggest – what’s right?

Some say a brand can’t be the best and the biggest at
the same time.

Others claim being the biggest is proof that a brand is
the best.

As marketers we often use biggest to imply a brand
is the best – the leading brand…the number one best
seller…the market leader.

It’s all well and good but self-abasement is often a more
effective marketing strategy than self-aggrandisement.
