STAFF at Beattie have been carrying out Simple Pledges to raise cash for a hospice in tribute to a fun-loving mum. Sharon Webster, 60, developed cancer after living with Multiple Sclerosis for 20 years, and passed away on September 9 at the North Devon Hospice. Her daughter Samantha Banks, an account manager with Beattie, joined colleagues in the London office and raised a total £675 by doing fun and silly activities which she knows would have appealed to her mum’s wicked sense of humour.
