BEATTIE CELEBRATES OUTSTANDING START TO ITS NEW FINANCIAL YEAR

Beattie, the integrated communications agency, has added £1 million of revenue in August – the first month of its new financial year.
“Despite the uncertainty of Brexit, it’s the best start to a new financial year that we’ve ever had,” said CEO Laurna Woods.
“We’re targeting double figure growth over the next 12 months and new business wins in the first 31 days have got us off to a great start.”
During August, Beattie added eight new clients across various industry sectors including banking, construction and healthcare as well as securing additional fees from three existing clients.
With a global turnover of £15million, Beattie also announced a joint venture in August with Ireland’s SERIOUS PR.
Woods added: “We’ve not yet signed off our accounts for last year but three out of four of our profit centres recorded year-on-year growth in what was a challenging financial climate in the UK. In Canada where the economy is stronger, Beattie Tartan delivered growth of 20%.”
Headquartered in London, Beattie has the biggest office footprint of any creative agency in the UK and, in addition to Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow, the agency has Canadian hubs in Toronto, Calgary and Victoria.
Founded more than 30 years ago, Beattie has 130 staff and specialist teams covering 12 industry sectors including retail, property, technology and health.
