10 South Parade Lands Another Letting Pkf Re-Invest Leeds

Wilton Developments’ 10 South Parade has secured another letting taking the building to 65 per cent occupied.
Wilton has let 7,000 sq ft – the whole of the third floor - of 10 South Parade to accountants and business advisers PKF (UK) LLP.
The deal sees PKF take a 10 year lease for the office space and the firm will relocate from its offices in Queen’s Street to become part of the financial core of the city.

“Its proximity to city centre amenities, its place within the heart of the financial district together with its exceptional high quality finish makes it a great place to work and they join a host of professional services firms who have all decided to relocate into the building.”
Linda Cooper, PKF’s Head of Assurance & Advisory in Yorkshire, said: “It’s an exciting time for our Leeds office. We have been at our current location for 25 years. Our move to South Parade is a strategic investment, demonstrating our commitment to our clients and staff, and reinforces our place within the Leeds business community.”
Eamon Fox, associate director at DTZ acted for PKF (UK) LLP on the acquisition. adds: “Our client is immensely impressed by the quality of finish and the fact that we could secure a 7,000sq ft single floor plate exactly where we wanted to be in the city. Our client was keen to secure the best building, in the best location and they look forward to moving in later this year.”
10 South Parade now only has three remaining suites, 6,350 sq ft and 1,990 sq ft on the ground floor and 3,650 sq ft on the second floor.
Other occupiers in the building include, Xafinity Consulting, Odgers Berndtson, Lockton Insurance and Wilton Developments.
DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL) secured the letting.
