The contract will see Hill project manage the £5m redevelopment of an existing site to provide new graduate accommodation.

The project will see Hill’s London office project managing the redevelopment of an existing site at Newnham Road, Cambridge into graduate accommodation for around 50 students. Work on the site is due to start in January 2010 and complete in summer 2011.

The contract is the second to be awarded to Hill’s London office by Clare College following an initial contract to project manage the construction of a new study centre and student accommodation on the College’s Memorial Court site.
