Last Units Remaining Home Farm

Wednesday, 05 August 2009

Home Farm, set in the heart of the rural landscaped surroundings of Esholt Hall, is proving ever popular with only three units remaining un-occupied, thanks to its recent £3m renovation.

Leading UK property consultants GVA Grimley and King Sturge are marketing the renovated rural office development, which is now ready for immediate occupation, and confirms six deals have already been secured including the sale of two units to Cerberus Security, a unit to Coleman Clough and the letting of a unit to Torque Orthondontics.

Home Farm comprises nine individual buildings complete with courtyard parking. Seven of the offices are renovated Grade II listed buildings which have been refurbished to the highest modern specifications including ISDN and Broadband while retaining period features such as its exposed oak beams and gabling.

Two further offices form a newly constructed building which has been sympathetically developed to blend in with its surroundings and to compliment the existing offices.

Dan Hodge, head of office agency at GVA Grimley's Leeds office, said:  "In terms of its location, aesthetic appeal and the quality of offices on offer, Home Farm is a unique property. With office space ranging from as little as 600 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft on the remaining units, on a lease or purchase basis, companies can occupy space which enjoys a rural setting yet is just 10 miles from Leeds City Centre and four miles from Bradford. It's a real gem."

Tenants and occupiers of Home Farm also have the added benefit of being granted access to the expanding conference facilities, meeting rooms and restaurant that are located in Esholt Hall.
