West Yorkshire's fresh music talent is set to hit the stage at SNO!zone for the first RIP Fest of 2010 on 31 January.


Kicking off at 7pm, the Rock, Indie and Punk Fest, which will be held in the SNO!bar, will be rocked till well past midnight by two of the best up and coming bands from across West Yorkshire - The Headstart and More Than You'll Ever Know.


The Headstart is a four piece pop-punk band from Wakefield.  The band have been making music for two years, after the commercial success of 'Another Wasted Day' and their first E.P 'The Beginning', the band has been booked for huge festivals such as The Big Reunion Festival and The Lime Tree Festival.


More Than You'll Ever Know is another four piece pop-punk band from West Yorkshire.  Fresh on the scene, the band formed in April 2009 and includes members of the bands The Aperture and Time to Leave.  The band has been busy touring and recording their first E.P which is to be released this week.


SNO!bar and SNO!zone have come up with fantastic offers for the return of RIP Fest including 5 for £10 on bottles of Beck's and Corona, and 3 for £5 on all bottles of VK.


And the daring pop-punkers who want to have a go at skiing or snowboarding down the real snow slope while they're there will get an hour's slope time for £21.


The SNO!zone RIP Fest takes place at SNO!bar on Sunday 31st January at 7pm, entry is free - its not to be missed!


The alpine-themed SNO!bar overlooks the SNO!zone slope at Xscape, Castleford.
