New Store Is Envy Elements Square

High street fashion retailer Envy has confirmed it will open a store at Elements Square - 323 Almondvale South Livingston. 

The £130m mall opened in October and forms part of Land Securities' retail destination The Centre, which has 155 retailers and spans almost 1million sq ft.

Envy (owned by Faith Shoe Group Ltd) is a leading player in the young fashion market and strives to showcase the hottest trends, offering top brands including Bench, Firetrap, French Connection, Lambretta, Pringle and more.

The retailer has confirmed it will open a 4,521 sq ft store on two levels, adding to its portfolio of more than 50 outlets across the UK and Ireland.

David Smith, Leasing Director, Land Securities, said the fashion offer at Elements Square was getting better and better, with Envy adding to an already impressive offering.

He said: "We are extremely proud of the fashion offering at Elements Square - to date we have signed Jane Norman, Next, Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, and Burton amongst others.  Envy will be in good company alongside these great names and will boost the attraction of Elements Square as a top fashion destination."

Lunson Mitchenall and Culverwell acted as joint agents for Land Securities whilst CWM acted for Envy.
