From highlighting CALA’s top-end specification, stunning light and spacious interiors and unrivalled kerb appeal, to establishing the company as a premier land partner, with a commitment to thoughtful community design and outstanding workmanship and customer service, our challenge is to create strategic PR campaigns to support the business in guiding sites through the planning process, and then securing customer interest in each development, showcasing what makes CALA Homes stand out from its competitors. We are also tasked with communicating just what it means for local communities when CALA builds close-by.
We have supported the business as it launches developments in some of the most sought-after locations in the country – from the heart of the city to the serene suburbs and semi-rural outlooks – with properties ranging from one bed apartments right through to five bedroom, detached family homes.
We operate a strategic, always-on campaign, drip-feeding milestone announcements, issuing high quality showhome photography to help paint the perfect image of the lifestyle on offer and creating an array of content, setting CALA apart, for each development. We also develop bespoke comms plans for each project making its way through the planning process, and help to carefully manage comms on any issues.
We create video content shining a spotlight on showhomes and the expertly curated interiors to help bring the developments to life. Spectacular events are hosted with media, influencers and key stakeholders from the developments’ local communities and beyond, giving a flavour of what CALA Homes can offer. We also work with key local influencers on bespoke campaigns which bring the CALA lifestyle into sharp focus online. We work closely with CALA’s in house digital team to create a rolling programme of social media content to maximise local engagement.
Communities are key for CALA, so we have teamed up with the business to launch its nationwide Community Bursary scheme – donating money annually to key charities and organsiations that directly benefit people across the communities in which CALA builds. Beattie has also worked with CALA Homes across a number of its developments to create a charity roof tax pledge – where a portion of money from each home sold goes to a designated good cause. For example, Pacific Quay in Glasgow has partnered with homeless charity Social Bite as it moves this key city centre location forward.
In the last year, more than 400 pieces of high-quality coverage have been achieved for CALA Homes with a staggering reach of more than 60,700,000.
